  • Account: A personal user profile created to use the App. An Account includes information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and any preferences or settings you choose to save. Your Account grants you access to all services and features tied to your user profile, including premium services, customization options, and history.
  • Subscription: A recurring paid plan that unlocks access to additional features, tools, or content within the App. Subscriptions are typically billed on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, users gain access to premium services such as unlimited call durations, enhanced video quality, exclusive content, or more.

This includes their private conversations, addresses, phone numbers, and financial details. Stalking, doxxing (publishing private information without consent), or harassing other users is forbidden.

Malicious Activity and Security Violations

  • Hacking, phishing, or distributing malware: Any form of hacking or attempting to access systems in an unauthorized manner is strictly forbidden. This includes attempting to disrupt or damage the App’s service or network, hacking into accounts, creating phishing schemes to steal personal data, or distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.

You also may not create derivative works based on the App without proper permissions.

Abuse of Service Features

  • Exploiting free services for commercial purposes: Using free features or the free tier of the service for commercial gain or for purposes outside of personal, non-commercial use is prohibited. This includes using the platform for advertising, marketing, or selling goods or services without the proper agreements.

  • Engaging in illegal activities: You are prohibited from using the App for any illegal activities, including but not limited to violating local, state, national, or international laws, or engaging in actions that could result in legal action being taken against you or others. This includes the use of the App for trafficking illegal substances, promoting terrorism, or engaging in organized criminal activities.
  • Encouraging or inciting illegal acts: Encouraging or inciting others to engage in illegal activities using the App is strictly forbidden. This applies to actions such as promoting unlawful behavior, violence, or actions that could lead to harm to individuals, communities, or property.

Billing and Payment Terms
